It is obligatory for all construction endeavors, including new projects, additions, extensions, and renovations that necessitate a building permit from Dubai Municipality. Furthermore, this certification is essential for any alterations that may potentially diminish a building’s energy efficiency.
The Al Sa’fat Certification is suitable for various building categories, encompassing villas, residential and commercial structures, public buildings, and industrial facilities. The regulations include specific clauses tailored to different types of buildings.
